FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All of our orders are custom processed and handled by a real person. As soon as we get your order, we take a minimum of 3 working days to process and ship out your order. If you have any special requests involving shipping, please do contact us right away after placing your order.

We have partnered with industry leading courier companies to take care of our logistics and make sure that your order reaches you safely and on time. We currently offer two shipping tiers, Express and Standard.

All our custom made products cannot be refunded or replaced. In the event of a manufacturing defect, exact same item will be replaced. There will be no refund and you cannot order a different design. 

All our ready made products can be exchanged or refunded if the products are still in new condition. Items with manufacturing defects are applicable for a full refund.

We shall not print any known copyrighted designs, brands, logos unless you give us proof of your right to that design. In case you submit a design that may be copyrighted and we are not aware of it, as per the terms of use of our web site, Razorprint will not be liable for the use of such brands, designs, logos and characters and will be sole responsibility of the person ordering the custom product. Please be respectful of others peoples hard work and efforts!

There is no minimum quantity for custom apparels.

Yes. Bulk order prices are different than custom orders. Price depends on the quantity, design and type of print required by the customer. When you fill in the Bulk Order Form based on your requirement, we shall email you a quote and time required to fulfill the order.

Once your order is processed, you will get a tracking number through SMS. You can use this number to track your order to your doorstep!

You can sign up for the affiliate program by visiting www.razorprint.in/affiliate. After signing up, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the details and full access to the dashboard.

You will receive an email within 1 working day after signup granting you access  to the dashboard and other crucial information. If you have not received any email or are having trouble with the dashboard, please reach out to customer care by email.
