Returns and Exchanges

As part of a broader clarification of items pertaining to Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges from our Terms of Use, the policies adopted and practiced by RazorPrint that is acknowledged by the customer upon purchase from www.razorprint.in has been listed below. All terms are legally binding and held up in the court of law.

Return Policy Terms:

  • Customers have 14 days from delivery to file for a return on their order.
  • Defective products may be reported to our Customer Service team at [email protected] Customers are expected to send images of the defects so that they may be examined. Customers are not expected to send back any items unless deemed necessary by our Customer Service team in order to further inspect the product. The full refund will be issued by the customer service team once the product has been deemed as a defective piece.
  • In case of returns/exchanges, our team may refuse the returns if it is evident that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Customers are expected to self ship items back for returns or exchanges to 3/255-D, Anaipudur, A.Thirumuruganpoondi, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641652.  Customers are not due any shipping costs for exchanges, however, for returns customers may be due a cashback of Rs.50.

The return process may be started by either messaging us through our Contact Us form or by email at [email protected]

Self Ship Process:
As we currently do not have a reverse pick up feature, customers are expected to self ship items back for returns or exchanges to our warehouse. Customers are not due any shipping costs for exchanges, however, for returns customers may be due a cashback of upto Rs.50, please make sure your shipping costs do not exceed this amount.

  • Please make sure that the items are not loosely packed and is sercure in a safe packaging. All items must be in unused condition and have original tags in tact. Orders that are received for exchanged with damaged goods may not be accepted. Please include either the copy of the invoice or details of your order including order ID and whether it is for a refund or exchange.
  • Please send the couriers to the address below:

  • Once the item has been sent, please notify our customer care team by email.
  • In case of a return for refund, it will be issued once  the items has been received and inspected.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds on returns are only due after items have been returned and inspected. Any courier accrued by the customer may be compensated for upto Rs.50.
  • Refunds on cancellations may be granted if the item has yet to be shipped. For late cancellations, the refund will be issued once the delivery partner is notified and the item has reached back to us.
  • Refunds are not applicable on custom made orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are only applicable on purchase values.
  • Defective or damaged goods are applicable for a full refund as per the discretion of the customer service team.
  • Wrong or Missing products are refunded on the discretion of the customer service team, either after the return of the wrong item or after an internal investigation.
  • Refunds for self shipping is applicable for up to Rs.50 .
  • All refunds by NetBanking (direct bank transfer) may take between 7-10 business days.
  • All refunds by UPI may take up to 7 business days.
